Order Entry Preferences - Futures - Misc.

Use the Futures - Misc dialog to specify miscellaneous values to use when placing Futures orders.

Access using the Desktop File > Preferences > Order Entry menu sequence and select Futures > Misc.

Stage Orders

Controls the default settings for Lifespan types.

Lifespan - Select an item from the drop-down list to use as the default lifespan for staged Futures orders.

Fractions

Controls the fractions default settings for Futures orders.

Enable Optimal Fractions - Check this setting to show reduced fractions for Futures. If this check box is not selected, unreduced fractions will be used except in the case of whole numbers. This setting does not affect prices entered directly by the user.

Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
