Enabling and Disabling Order Confirmations
You can enable the Trade Bar to display an order confirmation message containing the details of your order before you actually send the order.
Cancellation of all open orders
- Right-click the Trade Bar and select Order Entry Preferences.
- Under General on the left pane, select Validations & Confirms.
- Select the Confirm check box to enable confirmation messages when canceling all open orders. To disable, clear the Confirm check box.
- Click OK.
Cancellation of orders for specific asset types and order placement tools
- Right-click the Trade Bar and select Order Entry Preferences.
- Under a specific asset type on the left pane, select Validations & Confirms.
- Under Confirms, place a check mark next to each order placement tool from which you want to get order confirmation messages for the specified asset type. Remove the check mark to disable order confirmations for an order placement tool.
- Click OK.
