Automatically Adjusting the Quantity of Partial Fill Orders
You can enable the quantity auto adjust feature so that every time an order receives a partial fill, the Quantity box is updated.
For example, if you send an order for 1000 shares of a stock, and are filled immediately for 200 shares, the Quantity box updates to reflect the remaining 800 shares of the order. The Quantity box is updated until the order has been completely filled.
By default, Auto Adjust Qty for Partial Fills is on.
To turn this feature on or off, right-click on Trade Bar for the shortcut menu. Check Auto Adjust Qty for Partial Fills to turn the feature on; uncheck to turn it off.
