Assigning or Removing a Macro Hot Key
Having Hot Keys assigned to macros is a tremendous help especially when you have to run a macro frequently. By having a hot key assigned to the macro, it will allow you to run the macro with a simple keystroke. When you no longer are using the macro, you can also easily remove the macro's hot key.
Access using the menu bar View > Shortcuts > Hot Keys menu sequence, or from the Main toolbar, click the Macro
icon, and click Toolbars. The Hot Keys dialog is displayed. For more information, see Hot Keys.
