Saving a Hot Key Layout

If you modify any of the Hot Keys in a specific layout, you can save the changes under a new name.

 Access from the Main toolbar and click the Hot Keys icon, or use the menu bar View > Shortcuts > Hot Keys menu sequence. The Hot Keys dialog is displayed.

• Make appropriate changes to the selected command.
• Click Save As. The Save As dialog is displayed.
• Type a new file name for the new hot key layout.
• Click Save, click Close when finished.
