Order Entry Macro Wizard - Order Settings

The Create Order Entry Macro dialog, one of the steps in the Order Entry Macro Wizard, allows you to specify order information for the macro.

Order Action

• Select the desired order action type for the order from the drop-down list.

Order Type

• Select the desired order type for the order from the drop-down list.

Limit Price

Provides the limit prices available for the order. This is only enabled when you select Limit for the Order Type.

• Select the desired limit price type for the limit order from the drop-down list.

Increment/Offset

The increment value represents the amount that the value increases or decreases for the price. The offset value represents the price increment (from the current order price) to be used to calculate the limit or stop price for the order. This feature allows you to enter a limit price increment, a limit offset increment, or a stop offset increment for the selected limit price. • Type the desired numeric value or click the spinner arrow to enter the value in the Increment or Offset box.

Route

• Select the order Route that you want to set for this order from the drop-down list.

Duration

• Select the amount of time that you want to this order to be active from the drop-down list.

Advanced - Displays the advanced order settings that is available for the selected order. For more information, see About Advanced Orders.

Click Next to proceed, Back to display the previous dialog, or Cancel to exit without changes.
