Strategy Performance Report - Performance Graphs (Equity Graphs)

Performance graphs (equity curve) tally a strategy's individual trades to present in a time-line of trade-by-trade results. The graphs examine the same basic monthly, annual, or rolling period information as in the Annual, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily tabs, but in a graphic format.

Performance graphs come in a variety of formats. Each graph centers on the same basic information, but presents the data in a different manner. Since traders often have different trading expectations, it's best to evaluate trading performance with multiple equity graphs. The types of equity curve graphs available are listed and described below (alphabetically) :

• Average Profit by Month

• Equity Curve Area

• Equity Curve Detailed

• Equity Curve Line

• Monthly Net Profit

• Monthly Accumulative Net Profit

• Equity Curve Underwater (Montly)

• Equity Curve Underwater (Weekly)

To facilitate detailed analysis, you can zoom into specific areas of the Performance Graph. The following controls can be used:

• Zoom In: Hold Shift and drag the mouse over the desired section.

• Zoom Out: Press Esc.
