Symbol Sessions
With TradeStation, you can view the default session details for each symbol as well as create custom session templates for use in Chart Analysis, and RadarScreen. Custom session templates allow you to specify the sessions for which data will be displayed. You can use this feature to display more information, such as pre and post market trading activity or to filter out certain trading periods, such as the afternoon session for a symbol. By using custom session templates, you can specify the data that will be included in the calculation of studies and strategies. This allows you to use your trading strategies to participate in sessions that are outside of regular market hours.
Session times are based on the exchange time, not your local time.
