Renaming or Deleting a Scan
There will be times when you need to rename a scan or delete a scan you no longer need. The following steps will allow you to make these modifications in your Scan pane window.
Renaming a Scan
Activate a Scanner window, access the Scan pane, right-click on a named scan, then select the Data > Rename Scan menu sequence. The Rename Scan dialog is displayed.
- Type the new scan name in the New Name box.
- Click OK when finished. The scan will now display the new name in the Scan pane.
Deleting a Scan
Activate a Scanner window, access the Scan pane, right-click on a named scan, then select the Data > Delete Scan menu sequence. The Delete Scan dialog is displayed.
- Click Yes to delete the selected scan. The scan is now deleted from the Scan pane of the Scanner window.
