Real-time Account Net Worth (Balances Row)

The real-time cash reserves for your account. At the beginning of the trading day, this value will equal the beginning day cash balance. This figure is calculated by taking the real-time cash balance plus the market value of any long positions minus the market value of any short positions. This value updates in real-time every time your account's cash balance changes.
