Order Status (Column)

The current standing of an order in the actual market place. This column may display the following statuses:

  • Broken - Executed trade was manually broken by TradeStation.

  • Cancel Pending - You have sent a request for the cancellation of the order but the order is still active.

  • Canceled - Queued GTC order that has been manually cancelled by TradeStation.

  • Expired - The order is no longer active because the order was not filled within the specified time duration.

  • Filled - The market participant has filled the order in its entirety.

  • Partially Filled (Alive) - The market participant has partially filled the order and the order is still active.

  • Partially Filled (UROut) - The market participant has partially filled the order but the order is no longer active.

  • Queued - An order that is held on the TradeStation Order Execution Network and that will be placed automatically at the correct time (often the open of the next trading session).

  • Received - The TradeStation Order Execution Network has routed the order to the appropriate market participant (such as an ECN, Market Maker, or NYSE Specialist) and confirmation has been received.

  • Rejected - The TradeStation Order Execution Network was unable to send the order, or the market participant was unable to accept the order.

  • Sending - The order has been sent from your workstation to the TradeStation Order Execution Network but no confirmation has been received yet.

  • Sent - The TradeStation Order Execution Network has received the order from your workstation.

  • Too Late To Cancel/Cancel Rejected - You attempted to cancel the order but the order has already been filled.

  • Trade Server Canceled - Order in the marketplace has been manually canceled by TradeStation.

  • Unsent - The order has not been sent from your workstation to the TradeStation Order Execution Network.

  • UROut - The order is no longer active.
