Percentage Category

This format displays data as a percentage (for example, 10%).

1. Select Percentage from the Category list.
2. In the Alignment area, click the alignment type to use.
3. Enter the number of decimal places to display in the Decimal(s) box.
   
   The Negative numbers window displays the format of a negative percentage and the Preview pane displays a sample of your choices.

4. Click OK.
