Applying a TradingApp Store Component to a Chart Analysis Window
Once you subscribe to a charting product from the TradingApp Store, you can apply one or more of its components to a Chart Analysis window. You can also import TradingApp Store products.
Click the Chart Analysis icon in the Apps window to open a chart.
Add a strategy into a chart:
- From the menu bar, click Studies > Add Strategy, or right-click the chart and choose Add Strategy. The Add Strategy dialog appears.
- From the My Subscriptions list, select the name of the desired product, and then select the Component that you want to add.
- Check the Prompt for Editing setting to display the Customize Studies & Strategies - Strategies dialog.
Add a study into a chart:
- From the menu bar, click Studies > Add Study, or right-click the chart and choose Add Study. The Add Studies dialog appears.
- Click the Indicator, ShowMe, PaintBar, ActivityBar, or ProbabilityMap tab. The TradingApp Store products are included in the alphabetical list. Select the item that you want to add.
Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes. The product's component(s) are inserted into the chart.
Import a product from the TradingApp Store:
- From the menu bar, click Studies > Add Study, or right-click the chart and choose Add Study.
- In the Add Study dialog, click the Import button and choose From TradingApp Store. The TradingApp Store opens where you can search and download the products that you want. For more information, see About the TradingApp Store.
