Disabling Order Confirmations for Automated Execution of Strategy-Generated Orders

You can take advantage of fully-automated strategy execution by disabling the order confirmations for strategy-generated orders. Since there is no global setting, you must do this for each individual strategy that you have enabled to generate orders.

 Activate a Chart Analysis window containing a strategy. Access using the Studies > Edit Strategies menu sequence and select the Strategies tab. The Customize Studies & Strategies dialog is displayed.

1. Select the strategy that is currently automated that you no longer want to receive order confirmations for.
2. Check the Generate strategy orders for display in TradeManager's Strategy Orders tab check box to enable the setting. By doing this, the Automate execution using [account number] account with confirmation check box is enabled.
3. From the Automate execution using [account #] account with confirmation check box, select Off from the drop-down list. The Disable Confirmation dialog is displayed. Review the statement concerning disabling the execution confirmation dialog.
4. Click I Agree if you agree and to continue, or click I Do Not Agree if you do not wish to proceed in disabling this setting.

 Click Close to apply changes.
