Customizing the Columns in the Time & Sales Window

Customize your Time & Sales windows by adding, removing, and rearranging the columns.

Activate a Time & Sales Window.
From the menu, click Settings > Columns > Quote Bar or Detail pane. The Customize Columns [Quote Bar or Detail ] dialog is displayed. To view the definition for a column, select it and click Definition.
To add a new column, select the column from the Available list and click Add. The column is added to the Selected list.
To remove a column, select the column from the Selected list and click Remove. The column is removed from the Selected list and appears in the Available list.
To change the position of a column, select the column from the Selected list. Click Move Up or Move Down to change the sort order of the columns in the Time & Sales window.
To customize the data style of a column, select the column and click Customize.

Set as Default - Check the setting to save your settings for future Time & Sales windows.

Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.

You can choose the format in which the data in a Time & Sales column displays.

Activate a Time & Sales Window.
From the menu, click Settings > Columns > Quote Bar or Detail pane. The Customize Columns [Quote Bar or Detail] dialog is displayed.
From the Selected list, select the column you want to customize.
Click Customize. Launches the Customize Column - Style dialog which displays the selected column in the Items list. The customize options available for each column appear in the Category list. In some cases, there may only be one option listed for a column. For instructions on customizing a specific option, select the appropriate link below.

Under Alignment, click the alignment type to use.
Click OK, and again click OK when finished to update the Time & Sales window; or Cancel to exit without changes.
