Format Analysis Techniques & Strategies - Analysis Techniques

The Analysis Techniques tab allows you to manage the analysis techniques that have been applied to a specific chart. Each analysis technique is listed in a grid format, along with helpful information, such as input values.

 Access using the menu bar Format > Analysis Techniques menu sequence and select the Analysis Techniques tab.

Name/Input Values/Data #/Status/Alert

Displays the information for the selected analysis technique on the active Chart Analysis window.

1. Select an analysis technique from the list.

• Format - Launches the Format Analysis Technique - General dialog for the selected analysis technique.
• Status - Toggles the selected analysis technique on and off. The current status of the analysis techniques is displayed in the Status column.

 If an analysis technique that is applied to a Chart Analysis window becomes unverified, the Status column will display "Not Verified". When the analysis technique is verified again, the Status column will automatically update to reflect a status of "On".

• Edit EasyLanguage - Launches the selected analysis technique in the TradeStation Development Environment.
• Remove - Removes the selected analysis technique from the active Chart Analysis window.
• Save Analysis Group - Launches the Save Analysis Group dialog. This allows you to save the analysis group created to be used in the future.

 Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
