TradeStation Help
The Style tab allows you to format the style properties of an analysis technique for the active Chart Analysis, Quick Quote, and/or RadarScreen windows. Using the style properties on the chart does not affect the analysis technique's calculation in any way, but only the manner in which the analysis technique is displayed. For more information, see Formatting Analysis Techniques.
For example, you can change what is used to display the analysis technique/indicator (histogram, line, points, crosses, etc.) as well as the color or weight of the plot. You can also choose to highlight the analysis technique's value on the price axis of the chart to which it is applied. The style options has no effect in how the analysis technique/indicator is calculated, but does affect the display of the analysis technique/indicator on the Chart Analysis, Quick Quote or RadarScreen windows.
From the Chart Analysis and/or RadarScreen window, access using the menu bar Format > Analysis Techniques menu sequence, select Format and click the Style tab. The Format Indicator/Fields dialog is displayed.
