The Insert Analysis Group dialog allows you to insert existing (predefined or custom) analysis groups to a Chart Analysis or RadarScreen window. Inserting an analysis group provides you a shortcut of applying the analysis techniques or strategies you want to group together in one step. For your convenience, predefined analysis groups have been created for you and you have the flexibility of creating your own.
Once an analysis group is applied to your Chart Analysis or RadarScreen window, you can build from there by inserting additional analysis techniques or strategies you want to also include in the window. You have the flexibility to save the analysis techniques/strategies in one group; therefore, creating a new analysis group or overwriting an existing one. For more information on how to do this, see Save Analysis Group.
When inserting an analysis group to the window, you can either replace all existing analysis techniques/strategies that is currently applied to the window or you can apply an analysis group in addition to any existing analysis techniques and/or strategies.
Once you've applied your analysis group to the window, you have the flexibility of customizing and formatting the analysis techniques/strategies to your preference.

Analysis Groups 
Contains the predefined and custom analysis groups that are available to you.
Group Content
Contains the analysis techniques/strategies associated with analysis group you selected in the Analysis Groups section.
Notes
Displays any comments that is associated with the selected analysis group.
Automatically insert into a new Chart Analysis/RadarScreen (Quotes) window - Select the analysis group to use as the default for all new Chart Analysis or RadarScreen windows from the drop-down list.
Replace existing Analysis Techniques and Strategies - Replaces any analysis techniques/strategies that is currently applied to the Chart Analysis window. Only Chart Analysis window has the option to replace existing strategies.
Prompt for Format - Launches the Format Analysis Techniques & Strategies - Analysis Techniques dialog. This allows you to format the analysis techniques/strategies prior to applying the analysis group to the Chart Analysis window. RadarScreen does not give this option.
Click
OK to apply changes or Cancel
to exit without changes.
