Assigning or Removing a Hot Key to a Macro

Having Hot Keys assigned to macros is a tremendous help especially when you have to run a macro frequently. By having a hot key assigned to the macro, it will allow you to run the macro with a simple keystroke. When you no longer are using the macro, it is simple to remove the hot key to the macro as well.

Access using the menu bar View > Hot Keys menu sequence, or from the Main toolbar, click the Macroimage\macro_button.gif icon, and click Toolbars. The Hot Keys dialog is displayed. For more information, see Hot Keys.
