Saving a Window/Workspace as a Picture

As an alternative to printing your window or EasyLanguage document, you may want to create a graphic file. You can then use this graphic file in another application. You can save the file as a Windows Bitmap (*.bmp) or JPEG image (*.jpg).

From the Menu Bar, click File > Save As Picture. The Save As Picture dialog is displayed.
Select the image option to save:
- Active Window - Copies only the active window
- Active Workspace - Copies the entire Desktop to the file
  
  The Preview section displays the option that reflects your choice.

Click Save As. The Save As dialog is displayed.
Select the directory in which to store the file.
Type the file name in the File name box.
Select a .bmp or .jpg graphic format from the Save as type drop-down list.
Click Save. The image is saved as a Windows graphic file.
