Transferring a Workspace

Each workspace is a file with the extension .tsw and is saved in the My Work directory. You can transfer a workspace for use on another computer, either by saving to another directory, a floppy, or emailing it to someone.

Open the workspace to be transferred.
From the Menu bar, click File > Save Workspace As. The Save Workspace As dialog is displayed.
Navigate to the desired location from the Save in drop-down list.
In the File name box, enter a name for the workspace file. The Save as type drop-down list should display the TradeStation Workspace Files (*.tsw) option.
Click Save.

Repeat these steps for each workspace you want to transfer. Your original workspace remains intact; a copy is transferred to the specified location.
