Notification Preferences for Message Center
In the Notification Preferences window, you can set global messaging preferences to be used in all of the TradeStation windows that have alert capabilities. You can use more than one notification method at a time, such as a visual alert and email messaging.
The following types of alerts and messaging are available:
Audio Alert - Choose this option to receive a sound notification while you are in TradeStation.
Visual Alert - Choose this option to receive a notification window while you are in TradeStation. You can select a pop-up notification window and set the amount of time it is displayed or you can select a flashing icon displayed in your Taskbar.
Email Messaging - Choose this option to send a text message to one or more email addresses.
- Select the notification type to receive. For specific instructions, click the link below corresponding to the type of notifications that you choose.
- Select the Disable alert once hit check box to turn off the alert once its criteria have been met once.
- Click OK when finished.
