Apply Template (Hot Lists Ticker)
The Apply Template dialog allows you to apply a template to a Hot Lists ticker. Templates are made up of a group of fields related to the template. Once you apply a template to the Hot Lists ticker, the template overrides the fields you currently have in the ticker, and replaces it with the appropriate fields pertaining to the template. Templates are a way of displaying information based on a group of information that you are looking for.
To modify the template, go to customize fields and add or remove the desired fields accordingly. Once you have added the fields you are looking for, you are ready to save the template for future use.
From the Hot Lists ticker, access using the shortcut menu Template > Apply Template. The Apply Template dialog displays.
Template 
Contains a list of pre-defined or customized templates for the Hot Lists ticker. Templates removed can not be retrieved. In order to restore the templates, you must reinstall TradeStation.
- Select the desired template. A preview will display a glance of how the template will look for the active ticker.
- Delete - Removes the selected template from the Template list.
Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
