Saving a Report

You can save a Strategy Performance Report (SPR) or TradeManager Analysis Report in several different file formats including .XLS (Microsoft Excel), .MHT (Web archive) for both types of reports and .XML (Rina XML) for a Strategy Performance Report. You can choose to save the entire report or just certain sections, such as the Performance Summary section.

To save data in an .XLS format, you must have a full version of Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. Once saved the .XLS file may be read by any Excel compatible application.

From a Strategy Performance Report window, click the Save icon on the SPR toolbar. The Save As dialog is displayed.

From a TradeManager Analysis window, use the Data > Export menu sequence. The Print dialog is displayed.
Using the Save In drop-down list at the top of the dialog, navigate to the location to save the report.
In the File name box, enter the file name to save the report.
From the Save As type drop-down list, select the file format to use.
In the Settings section, select the Entire report option to save the all of the report pages or select the Select pages option to save only specific sections of the report. Select the check box next the sections that you want to save.
Click Save to write the report to the specified file.
