Setting a Default Session
You can set the default session for each symbol category. You can use either the regular session or create a custom session.
- From the Menu bar, click File > Preferences > Desktop.
- Select the Sessions tab.
- Select the symbol type you want to base the default session on from the Symbol Category list.
- Select either the Regular session or Custom session option.
If you selected the Custom session option, click View/Customize to select or create the custom session that you want to use. For more information on creating a custom session, see Creating a Custom Session Template. - If you have additional symbol categories for which you need to assign default sessions, return to step 3.
Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
