Select [study type] (Scanner)
The Select [study type] dialog is available in the final dialog as you create a new scan. TradeStation includes many studies, or you can also build your own. You can select one or more studies that you want to use as the criteria for your scan.
Access from the Add Scan - Scan Criteria dialog and select a study type from the bottom of the Field drop-down list.
Name/Short Name/Modified 
Contains the studies that are available to add to the scan. For easier access, the Name, Short Name and Modified columns can be sorted.
- Select the desired study.
- Definition - Launches the selected study's Help page.
Click OK. The study is added to the Add Scan - Scan Criteria Field box. Or, click Cancel to exit the dialog without changes.
