Customize Data of a Drawing Object

The Data tab allows you to customize the data settings for the selected drawing object.

From the Customize [Drawing Object] dialog, select the Data tab.
From the Base this drawing object on drop-down list, select a data stream or a study on which to plot the drawing object.
Optional. Under End Points, select a price value to change for any changeable point of a drawing object to change its plotted location.
Optional. Click Same as symbol to use the same decimal settings as the underlying symbol or click Decimals to change to a custom number of decimal places.
Click OK when finished.

You can also use the shortcut menu for a selected object to change the Based On data setting.
