Print Preview
The Print Preview dialog allows you to view the selection before you are ready to print.
Access using the menu bar File > Print > Print Preview menu sequence.
Print Preview 
Contains the viewing settings of the active window.
- Print - Prints the selection.
- Next Page - Displays the next page to preview.
- Prev Page - Displays previous page to preview.
- Two Page - Views two pages at one to preview.
- Zoom In - Zooms in the current page that is previewed.
- Zoom Out - Zooms out from the current page that is previewed.
- Close - Exits the Print Preview window.
