Customize Window/Page - Sort

The Sort tab allows you to sort the data for the active RadarScreen windows.

 Access using the Settings > Window/Page menu sequence and select the Sort tab.

Sort Keys  

Contains the sort type criteria to arrange the data using sort keys. This provides the means and flexibility to categorize the data in either ascending or descending order for the active window. The sort keys does not arrange the column headings. To arrange the column headings in the active window, see Customize Columns and Rows.

• First by - Select the column name to sort by first using the drop-down arrow.
• Then by - Select the next column name to sort by second using the drop-down arrow. Continue until you have created the sort criteria you desire.
• - Click the desired sort key to arrange the sort criteria in ascending order.
• - Click the desired sort key to arrange the sort criteria in descending order.

You can set up to three additional sort columns using the then by drop-down list. Remember to set the sort as ascending or descending, depending on your needs.

 

Automatic Sorting Options  

Provides the ease of having the sort criteria automatically sort based on the desired time frame in seconds.

• Keep data sorted - Enables the automatic sorting setting.
• Every [] seconds - Click the up/down arrows or enter the numeric time in seconds to have the desired sort criteria automatically sorted. For RadarScreen, 30 seconds is the default.

Apply to all pages - Check this setting to apply these settings to all pages in the active RadarScreen window.

 Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
