The length of time that your order will remain valid in the market. Note that certain Advanced order settings are not available for all durations.
The TradeStation Order Bar supports the order durations as shown in the table below:
| Duration | Description |
|---|---|
| Day | Valid until the end of the regular trading session. |
| GTC | (Good till Canceled) |
| GTD | (Good till Date) |
| GTW | (Good till Week) |
| GTM | (Good till Month) |
| IOC | (Immediate or Cancel) IOC orders are filled immediately or canceled. Partial fills are accepted when using this order duration. |
| AM Only | Valid until the end of the morning (AM) trading session. |
| PM Only | Valid until the end of the afternoon (PM) trading session. |
