Create/Modify Custom Session

The Create or Modify Custom Session dialog allows you to create a new or modify an existing custom session template.

 Access using the menu bar Session dialog and select either Create or Modify. The Create or Modify Custom Session dialog is displayed.

Custom Session Template  

Contains the Name box where either the new custom session template name is created or displays the existing name of the selected custom session template.

• Enter a name for the new custom session template you want to create.

Sessions  

Displays the sessions that are grouped within the custom session template.

• Add - Adds a custom session to the template once you create a name for it in the Add/Edit Session dialog. For example, you can create a custom session template for every Monday from 10 AM - 2 PM.
• Add Mon-Fri - Adds the weekdays to the session you created. This setting will automatically create sessions for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for the template.
• Edit - Allows you to make changes to an existing session within the selected template. For instance, you may want to modify the end time for Wednesday's session. Select Wed from the Start Day column, click Edit and make your necessary changes.
• Remove - Removes the selected session from the Sessions list box.

Preview  

Displays the selected session using each day of the week and time intervals in hour increments. The legend displays the difference between custom session vs. custom session error.

 Click OK to close the Create or Modify Custom Session Template dialog, OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
