Scrolling through a Chart
You can scroll left or right in the active Chart Analysis window when the amount of data in the chart exceeds the available display of your screen. By default, the scroll bar appears only if data exceeds the available display of your screen. However, you can turn the scroll bars on and off. See Displaying and Hiding the Scroll Bar for more information.
There are three ways to scroll - one bar at a time, one page at a time, and randomly.
Scrolling one bar at a time
- Press and hold the left or right scroll bar arrow to move left or right in the chart.
- Release the mouse button to stop scrolling and view the new data in your screen.
Scrolling a page at a time
- Click anywhere between the scroll box and the left arrow box or the right arrow box.
Scrolling at random
- Press and hold the scroll box and drag it left or right in the chart, or
- Select the bars in the chart and drag the cursor to the left or right.
Release the mouse button.
