Docking or Floating the Position Graph Bar

By default, the Position Graph Bar is docked beneath the Order Bar. You can move or dock the Position Graph Bar to a new location, or you can float it.

In docked mode, the Position Graph Bar is fixed to the top, bottom, or side of the TradeStation Desktop. In floating mode, the Position Graph Bar has a title bar, and you can move it to any location in the desktop. A floating bar is always positioned on top of all other windows, and you can modify its size or position at any time.

  1. To move the Position Graph Bar from its default location, click and hold the small triangle Move the Position Graph Bar that is on the left side. Drag the bar to a new location. You will see an outline of the bar as you move it. A thin solid outline indicates that the bar is in a position to dock. A grayscale outline means it is in a position to float.
  2. To float the Position Graph Bar when it is docked on the left, right, or bottom of the desktop, click and hold the move handle, and drag the bar to a new location. You can also double-click the move handle.
  3. To quickly dock a floating Position Graph Bar, double-click its title bar. The bar docks to the last place that it was docked.
