Printing Embedded Documents

How an embedded document prints is entirely dependent on the third-party application. You access the application's print window through the Desktop, but the window and print options at your disposal depend on the document. Refer to the documentation for the third-party application for information on the print options available.

1. Activate the document window.  
2. From the Menu bar, click File > Print. The Print dialog is displayed.
3. Select your print options. For example, the printer to use and the number of copies to print. Again, the print window that appears and the print options you have available will depend on the third-party document.
4. Click OK or Print.
