Format Scan - Schedule

The Format Scan - Schedule dialog allows you to enable or disable the scheduling for the selected scan. You can choose to have the scan to run automatically based on intra-day, daily, weekly and monthly intervals.

Select the desired scan from the Scan Pane of the Scanner window.

 Access using the menu bar Format > Scan menu sequence or click Format from the Scan Pane of the Scanner window. Select the Schedule tab.

Schedule  

Contains the settings of the schedule of the selected scan.   

• Schedule Scan to run automatically - Check this setting to enable the different types of durations that can be used in scheduling your scan.
• Intraday - Select this setting to run the scan multiple times during a day. Minutes, from/to times, and running the scan on weekdays only are the options available.
• Daily - Select this setting to run the scan once a day. Enter a desired time you want the scan to run daily and whether or not you want the scan to run only weekdays.
• Weekdays - Select this setting to run the scan once a week. Select the day of the week and time to run.
• Monthly - Select this setting to run the scan once a month. Select the day of the month, time to start the scan, or by the week number of the month, day of week, and time to start the scan.

 Click OK to apply changes, click Run to run the scan, or Cancel to exit without changes.
