Resizing or Repositioning a Floating Toolbar

1. To position a floating toolbar anywhere, click the toolbar's title bar and drag it to the new location.
2. To resize a floating toolbar, place the cursor on the border of the toolbar until the cursor changes to a double-ended arrow, then drag the border to the desired size.
