Format Column - Symbol - Style

The Style tab allows you to modify selected parameter categories of a column. 

 Access in the desired window using the Format > Columns menu sequence, or using the shortcut menu, select Format Columns and click Format.

Items  

Change the item type in your column.

• Select the desired item in your column to change.

Category  

Change the category type in your column.

• Select the category type in your column to change.

The format options available for each column appear in the Category list. In some cases, there may only be one option listed for a column. For instructions on formatting a specific option, select the appropriate link below.

• Fractions
• Number
• Same as Symbol
• Text

Alignment  

Change the position type in your column.

• Select the alignment position (left, center or right) in your column to change.

Preview  

Displays the selected options as it would appear in your column.

 Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
