Symbol Format - 3rd Party Data

The format for a 3rd Party symbol is:

+PREFIX:Symbol_Data

• The plus (+) sign indicates that the symbol represents 3rd party data.
• PREFIX is the text name you associated with the data source location (file directory) on the Add/Edit Data Source dialog from the Symbol Lookup -  3rd Party tab.
• A colon (:) always follows the PREFIX.
• Symbol_Data is either the root name of the 3rd party data file (the portion of the file name before the period and any extension) or the full 3rd party data file name (including the period and extension).

+ASC:Ticks2001

+MY:CIndex.txt
