Plots the number of times that a value crosses under another value on each bar.
A crossover occurs when value 1 < value 2 on the current tick and value 2 >= value 2 on the immediately preceding tick, even if the immediately preceding tick was the final tick of the previous bar. For use with "live" market data only. Does not plot on historical data.
