Scanner Preferences - Advanced

The Advanced tab allows you to set the time duration for the scanner before dropping the symbol's results.

 Access using the menu bar View > Scanner Preferences menu sequence and select the Advanced tab.

Timeout duration  

• Drag the arrow to the desired area of the bar to select the amount of time the scanner will wait for data before dropping the symbol from the results.

 Click OK to apply changes, or Cancel to exit without changes.
