Inserting a TradeStation Sample Scan

The Scanner features not only allows you to build and customize your own scans but use predefined scan templates that have been built for you.

 Activate a Scanner window. Access the menu bar View > TradeStation Sample Scans menu sequence or click the TradeStation Sample Scans icon from the Scanner toolbar. The TradeStation Sample Scans window is displayed.

1. From the Sample Scans window, select and drag the scan you would like to use into the Scan pane (left side) of the Scanner window. You can move the copied scan up or down in the Scan pane as desired.
   When copying to an existing scan folder, a red check mark will appear on the selected folder where the sample scan will be copied to.
   

2. Release the mouse. The TradeStation Sample scan is now displayed and copied into the Scan pane of the Scanner window.
