Format Columns (Scanner)

The Format Columns dialog allows you to add and remove columns associated with the Scan pane in the Scanner window.

 Access using the menu bar Format > Columns menu sequence. The Format Columns dialog is displayed.

• Available - Contains the columns available that can be inserted into the active Scanner window. Select the desired
• Add - Adds the selected column from the Available list to the Selected list.
• Selected - Contains the columns that are currently displayed in the active Scanner window.

• Move Up/Move Down - Changes the sort criteria in how the columns are sorted (from left to right) in the Scan pane of the active Scanner window.

Set as Default - Check this setting to use any changes that you made as your default.

 Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
