Position Search Wizard/Format Search - Search Method

The Position Search Wizard/Format Search - Search Method dialog is the starting point in the OptionStation Search wizard in searching for a position.

 Access by clicking the OptionStation Search icon from the TradingApps window.   

Select a Search Method  

Contains the option to search a position from new positions or existing positions.

• Search for new positions - Select this setting to set up a position search that will find new positions based on the parameters you select from the wizard dialogs.
• Adjust an existing position - Select this setting to modify an existing position using dialogs specifically intended for that purpose.

Set as default - Check this setting to use any changes that you made as your default setting.  

 From the wizard, click Next to proceed or Cancel to exit without changes.

 From the Format > Search menu sequence, click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.
