Formatting the Data Window

You can modify the font and colors used in the Data window.

1. Activate a Chart Analysis window.
2. From the Menu bar, click View > Data Window. The Data Window will be displayed.

3. From the Data Window toolbar, click the Format Window icon. The Format Data Window [symbol] is displayed.
4. Click the Font tab.
   • Make appropriate formatting changes for the font, font style, and point size used for the Data window text.
   • Select the Strikeout check box to add a line through the text or the Underline check box to add a line under the text.
5. Click the Color tab.
   • Make appropriate color changes you want to modify.
   • If you selected Background Color, click a color from the Background palette. If you selected Values, click a color from the Foreground palette.
     
     For easier viewing, make sure that there is a good contrast between the colors you select for the Background and Values.

6. Click OK when finished.
