Money Flow measures the momentum/strength of money flowing into and out of a market by evaluating divergences between price and price activity, incorporating volume into its calculation. Money Flow can help determine market tops and bottoms as well as identify possible trend reversals. Money Flow is similar to the RSI, except that Money Flow includes volume in its calculation of momentum.
