Deleting an Analysis Group

Analysis groups can be removed if you no longer have a use for them. When you delete an analysis group, you are not deleting the individual analysis techniques and/or strategies that is grouped within the analysis group but only the analysis group itself. You can still have access to individual analysis techniques/strategies from the Insert menu sequence.

 Access using the menu bar Format > Manage Analysis Groups menu sequence. The Manage Analysis Groups dialog is displayed.

1. Select the analysis group you want to delete from the Analysis Groups section.
2. Click Delete. Click Yes when prompted to verify the deletion. The analysis group is removed from the list.

 Click OK to apply changes or Cancel to exit without changes.

To delete the individual analysis techniques and/or strategies that make up an analysis group from the chart, see the instructions for deleting the specific type of analysis technique and/or strategy. For example, to delete an indicator, see Removing an Indicator. You can't delete an analysis group as a whole from a chart, only by the individual analysis techniques and strategies of which it is comprised.
