Moving a Window

1. Move the pointer to the title bar of a window. 
2. Click and drag the window to a new location.
3. Release the mouse button.

If the title bars are  turned off, use the File > Preferences > Desktop Menu bar sequence, click the View tab, and select the Hide all title bars option.
